These terms apply to you and all members attending with you.
1. Photography and Social Media Sharing
By attending this event, you and members coming with you consent to being photographed, videotaped, or recorded during the event. The event organizers reserve the right to use these photographs, videos, or recordings for promotional and marketing purposes on social media platforms, websites, and other promotional materials. You agree to DSGVO Art. 6.
2. Respectful Behavior
All attendees are expected to conduct themselves in a respectful and appropriate manner throughout the event. Any form of harassment, discrimination, or disruptive behavior towards other attendees, staff, or participants will not be tolerated and may result in removal from the event without a refund.
3. Cleanliness and Hygiene
Please help us maintain a clean and hygienic environment by disposing of trash in designated bins and following all hygiene protocols. Food and beverages should be consumed in designated areas only. Any damage caused to the event venue or property will be the responsibility of the individual(s) involved.
4. Event Cancellation and Refunds
The event organizers reserve the right to cancel or reschedule the event due to unforeseen circumstances. In the event of cancellation, attendees will be notified via the contact information provided during registration. Refunds, if applicable, will be issued according to the refund policy in place at the time of cancellation. There is no on-spot registration.
5. Changes to the Terms and Conditions
The event organizers reserve the right to modify or update these terms and conditions at any time. Attendees will be notified of any changes via the event website or email. It is the responsibility of attendees to review the terms and conditions periodically for updates.
6. Consumption of Alcohol
The consumption of alcoholic beverages is strictly prohibited within the premises. This policy applies to all visitors, patrons, employees, and any individuals present within the premises.
7. No Smoking Policy
Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the hall. This policy applies to all visitors, patrons, employees, and any individuals present within the premises.
8. Health and Safety
Participants take part at their own risk. The organizers are not responsible for any injury, loss, or damage suffered by participants. Participants must have their own insurance coverage for personal injury and property damage. The organizers are not liable for any personal items lost or damaged during the event.
9. Pledge
I/we hereby pledge not to create any problems during the programme, and I accept full responsibility for any damages I may cause, agreeing to cover the costs incurred, and I consent to the processing of the provided data by the Team.
If I damage anything, my liability insurance will cover it, or I am ready to pay privately.
